Getting started

Access and dashboard

Sign in with your approved dealer account and find the areas available to your role.

Dealer workspaces are available only to approved accounts during the beta. Approval and visible product areas do not depend solely on whether authentication succeeds.

Sign in after approval

  1. Open the link in the approval email.
  2. Create the account with the exact email address approved for dealer access. If the account already exists, select Sign in.
  3. Confirm your email if CaseLink asks you to.
  4. Sign in. An approved dealer account lands in the dealer dashboard.

Use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to request a reset link for the account email.

Successfully signing in with a different email does not unlock the dealer workspace. Use the approved account or an account connected to the dealer through a staff invite.

Complete first-time setup

A new dealer workspace may show Finish setup on the dashboard. The flow has three steps:

  1. You — your private dashboard greeting name and the public business name,
  2. Preferences — display currency, language, and time zone,
  3. All set — links to Inventory, Storefront, and Settings.

Select Do this later to enter the dashboard without completing the flow. The owner can update these values later under Settings.

Find your way around the dashboard

The sidebar separates daily work from reporting, tools, and support:

  • Show Ops, Inventory, Shows, Offers, and Sales form the operational core.
  • Insights contains enabled reports.
  • Tools contains enabled utilities and Staff.
  • Feedback, Help & Support, and Settings appear in the lower section.

Not every account sees the same navigation. Settings and staff administration are owner-only. Managers receive all operational permissions; staff can see and change only what their role, permissions, and dealer features allow together.

If an area is missing

Check:

  1. that you are working in the intended dealer account,
  2. whether you are an owner, manager, or staff member,
  3. whether the required operational permission is granted, and
  4. whether the dealer beta feature is enabled.

A permission does not enable a dealer feature, and a feature does not grant a staff permission. See Roles, permissions, and feature access for the complete model.
