Maintain your public storefront

Only the dealer owner can open Settings. Under Settings and Public Profile, the owner maintains the information collectors can see.

Maintain the public profile

1. Open Settings, then Public Profile.
2. Under Dealer Profile, review the public dealer name and phone details.
3. Under Social & Links, maintain the external profiles you want to publish.
4. Save each section after reviewing the public information.

These sections are on the same Public profile page.

Dealer identity, phone, and social links remain editable when the Storefront feature is not enabled. The phone number appears publicly only when Show phone number on collector portals is enabled.

Configure Storefront

The Storefront editor appears only when the Storefront beta feature is enabled for the dealer.

1. Upload a banner and profile image.
2. Write a short public description.
3. Add the public location.
4. Choose the storefront address carefully.
5. Save the changes.

The address must contain 1–40 lowercase letters, numbers, or hyphens. It cannot begin or end with a hyphen and must be unique.

The following addresses are reserved and cannot be newly assigned:

dealer, dashboard, api, admin, login, signup, show, shows, buyer, settings, new, about, legal, ingest, auth, www, support, feedback, discover, lookup, sales, and inventory.

The reserved list can grow as CaseLink adds routes. If the interface rejects an address, choose a unique variation based on your dealer or brand name.

The storefront address is permanent after it is saved. Printed QR codes and shared links depend on it. Contact support only if it must be changed.

Public and private data

Review what will be published before saving:

• Public: display or business name, a phone number you explicitly make public, website and social handles, plus the Storefront address, banner, profile image, description, and location. The Storefront can also show publicly available items, selling prices, and active show pages.
• Private: account email, your internal dashboard greeting name, buy prices, all-in costs, minimum prices, margins, profit-and-loss data, storage locations, internal notes, and staff or permission data.

Entering a phone number does not publish it by itself. The separate public-display switch must also be enabled.

Review the preview

Open preview appears after the storefront address is saved. Review image crops, description, location, and links. Also check the preview on a mobile device.

Share the link

The public address follows the pattern getcaselink.com/dealer/your-handle. Use the copy action in Settings to avoid changing or omitting a character.
