Prepare show inventory and pricing

Assign inventory, set show prices, and complete a reliable pull list.

Prepare the show in CaseLink before anything leaves storage. Assignment plans what you intend to bring; the pull list records what has actually been found and packed.

Availability and permissions: Any active dealer member can view the pull list. Assigning or removing inventory requires Manage inventory. Changing Pulled requires Mark pulled. Show-specific bulk pricing additionally requires the Bulk pricing feature and Manage inventory.

Assign cards

  1. Open the relevant show.
  2. Select Add cards.
  3. Use search and filters to narrow the intended inventory.
  4. Review the selection and total count.
  5. Add the cards to the show.

Only In stock items can be assigned. Assignment does not mean that an item has already been packed.

Set show-specific prices

When Bulk pricing is available:

  1. Open the show's pricing page.
  2. Filter or select the assigned items you want to change.
  3. Enter the show price or apply the supported bulk adjustment.
  4. Review the affected count and values.
  5. Confirm the update.

A show price applies only to this show. It does not change the card's base sticker price. Show Day and the public show portal use the effective show price when one exists. If the underlying records changed while you were reviewing them, reload and verify the selection before applying the update again.

Complete the pull list

An assigned item starts as Needs pull. Work through drawers, boxes, or cases in one fixed order. Change it to Pulled only after you have found and checked the physical item.

Review:

  • card number and variant,
  • condition and grading,
  • customer facing price,
  • label or barcode,
  • intended position at the booth.

Handle differences

There is no separate discrepancy marker. If an item is missing:

  1. Leave it as Needs pull.
  2. Review the inventory record and physical storage location.
  3. Remove it from the show detail page if you will not bring it. This requires Manage inventory.
  4. Correct the inventory record separately if the underlying stock information is wrong.

Do not silently replace a missing item with a similar product.

Check show readiness

Before opening the booth or activating the public portal, verify:

  • show details and dates are complete,
  • the public portal and QR code are ready when used,
  • all intended cards are assigned,
  • customer-facing images are present where needed,
  • storage locations are clear,
  • every assigned item is resolved in the pull list.

Finish preparation

Compare the Pulled count with the packed inventory. Resolve every remaining Needs pull item before anything is transported.
